The Site is administered by StuFund from New Jersey, United States of America. Your use of the Site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the state of New Jersey, U.S.A., without regard to choice of law provisions. You consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in the state of New Jersey, in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to the Site. StuFund's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these terms and conditions. StuFund may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Site must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.

Those who choose to access the Site from locations outside the United States of America do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
